|This scarf began its life as my attempt to duplicate a scarf I saw on a television program. It quickly morphed into something completely different, but with the flavor of the original scarf.
I named it Yarnartist’s Granny because as the artist, you have the option of painting the Granny Squares any way you wish and because I love my Granny. She was the one who ignited my love of handwork when I was a child and I think of her often as I work.

Yarn: 1 skein Claudia Hand Painted Yarn Brushed Kid Mohair (490 yds, approx 50 grams, 70% mohair, 30% nylon) or comparable mohair yarn. Sample color is Salmon Running.
